Late Arrival Policy

- A 15-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals.
- If you arrive after this window, we will do our best to accommodate your service within the remaining scheduled time.
- If insufficient time remains, we can help you reschedule to another available slot.
Tip: We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early to check in, relax, and prepare for your treatment.
No-Show Policy
A "no-show" is defined as:
- Not arriving within 30 minutes of your scheduled appointment time
- Not providing any prior notice of cancellation or rescheduling
Please Note: Repeated no-shows may affect your ability to book future appointments. We value your time and ask that you extend the same courtesy to us and other clients.
Health & Safety Disclosure

- Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or sensitivities at the time of booking.
- If you have any skin conditions or are using prescription skincare products, let us know so we can customize your treatment.
- For certain treatments, a patch test may be required 24-48 hours before your appointment.
